We are not a provider for any insurance companies, so we are considered out-of-network.

Please contact us to discuss our fee schedule. Payment is due at the time of service, and upon request, a superbill may be provided to you that you may submit to your insurance company on your own behalf. They will reimburse you according to their out-of-network reimbursement policies, which vary widely depending on the company.
