About Lara Love Doyle, MPAS, PAC, CAQ-Peds

I am a board certified physician assistant with more than twenty three years experience specializing in pediatric and adolescent primary care. After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Medicine Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant Program in 1999, I began my career in private practice Pediatrics. Then, in 2001, I completed my Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine. Additionally, I have been awarded the Certificate of Advanced Qualification in Pediatrics from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintain current physician assistant certification from NCCPA, licensure from the State of Colorado Board of Medical Examiners, as well as Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification. I regularly participate in continuing medical education in a range of general medicine topics to maintain and incorporate the most up to date standards of care. Throughout my career, I have loved caring for children from birth to young adulthood for a full range of preventive, routine, urgent, and emergent health issues. Throughout my years in primary pediatrics, behavioral health has been a constant and critical part of the care I provide. The need for specialized pediatric and adolescent psychiatric care has only increased over my career, while access has not met the rising demand.

Originally from the East Coast, I have made my home here in Boulder, where my husband and I have raised our four children. When I’m not with patients, I can be found at one of my childrens’ many school activities, picking up a new stack of books from the library, or hiking one of Boulder’s beautiful open space trails.
