I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. My primary focus is to provide people with the space, tools, and resources to optimize their overall health and well-being. I have experience treating people with mental health struggles using both psychotherapy and medication management. I utilize research and expertise to treat, educate, and empower my patients.
Originally from central Indiana, I have made my new home here in the Boulder area to enjoy the wonderful outdoor pleasures of the beautiful state of Colorado. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hiking with my family, skiing, and camping. I have two school-aged children and two miniature golden-doodles.
